the Genesis of it all

From: Sophereth at Kirjath Sepher

To: the Remnant. the stones made ready

Looking back at the Genesis of it all….on the 6th day of God’s 7 day creation week, the Lord God created and FORMED man in His own image. In the image of God created He him….Genesis 1:27a    And the Lord God FORMED man out of the dust of the ground. Genesis 2:7a    …the Lord God planted a garden toward the east, in Eden; and there He put the man whom He had FORMED. Genesis 2:8    And the Lord caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam; and while he slept, He took one of his ribs…and closed up the place with flesh…and the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, He BUILT UP and made he a woman, and brought her to the man. Genesis 2:21,22 KJV and Amplified

To make a long story really short, they failed.

He made them and FORMED them!

He gave them the garden of Eden!

He gave them every good thing to eat!

He came every evening and talked with them!

Even being made and FORMED into His image! by Him personally! with His own hands! They failed to believe His Word.

UNBELIEF.

What was the result?

Let’s see what the book of Genesis says about them.

Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So He drove out the man; and He placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life. Genesis 3:23,24  And on the 7th day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the 7th day from all His work which He had made. And God blessed the 7th day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made.

That was the result.

They couldn’t enter into the 7th day with God. They were locked out.

They couldn’t enter into the 7th day Sabbath with God. They were locked out.

They couldn’t enter into the 7th day Sabbath REST of God, with God. They were locked out.

Because of unbelief.
