Part 2…the Spirit (the life) of the living creatures is in the wheels…

From: Sophereth at Kirjath Sepher

To: those that would SEE Yeshua the Messiah…

To: those that will HEAR His VOICE…

. Passover. this is the season to SEE Yeshua the Messiah. the season to SEE salvation by His blood. freedom from Egypt, the type of the world system. freedom to go out from there and keep the feast. freedom from sin, freedom to HEAR the Gospel. freedom to go and serve Him. freedom to go and HEAR His VOICE. freedom to not fail Him this time…

. Ezekiel 1. as for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle. thus were their faces…and they went every one straight forward: whither the Spirit was to go, they went; and they turned not when they went…

. James 1:17.  …with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning…

. the four faces represent the Gospel. according to Matthew. Mark. Luke. John.

. the everlasting Gospel. that is the power of God unto salvation.

. Paul said: I have fully preached the Gospel of Messiah. yea, so have I strived to preach the Gospel…I have begotten you through the Gospel…make known the mystery of the Gospel…maybe even 200 of these scriptures…

. Ezekiel 1…their appearance was like burning coals of fire, and like the appearance of lamps…bright fire, lightnings…Isaiah 6…then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar…he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged…the Voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send?…then said I, Here am I; send me. and He said, Go, and tell…

. Matthew. the face of the Lion. the Lion of Judah. Matthew portrays Yeshua as the King. Matthew takes the lineage of Jesus straight back to David. the King. then he begins at Abraham, and gives the royal lineage of Yeshua from there. 14 generations back. a proper lineage for a King.

. Mark. the ox. the servant. the burden bearer. no lineage. Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Gospel of the kingdom of God…

. Luke. the man. the son of Mary, (yea, a sword shall pierce through thine own soul also,) family. cousin of John.

. John. the eagle. the heavenly. divinity. in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. the same was in the beginning with God. all things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. in him was life; and the life was the light of men…and the word was made flesh and dwelt among us…

. the faces of the man and the lion on the right side.

. the faces of the ox and the eagle on the left side.

. the everlasting Gospel of Adonai. Yeshua ha Meshiach. that saves us. that takes away our sin. His countenance that shines upon us and gives us peace. there is no variableness in Him, neither shadow of turning. He always goes straight forward. wherever the Spirit goes. He goes.

. beloved Jesus.

  1. I was meditating on Passover this morning and found some similarity between the cross and the lintel. Both are six sided objects with an additional seventh spiritual side: up and down, front and back, right and left, and the seventh spiritual side is the center. I think both might be representing Yeshua as the door we pass through on the way to salvation.
Oh, and one additional thought: the four creatures seem to represent four characters or stages in the process of becoming godlike: 1) prophet/seer, eagle, 2) priest, ox, 3) warrior, man, 4) lion, king.
Thought I would throw these out there for consideration.

    • wonderful. that is all new to me. the cross and the lintel has especially touched me this morning. I can see the other also. isn’t it amazing, again, how the depth of His revelation knowledge cannot be plumbed? it is infinite, inexhaustible. thank you.

    • From what the Lord showed me, all that you shared to represent each of the faces are true but the ox is representative of the servant. A true priest is a servant. The man is an Adam like man but one who, unlike Adam, has not sinned, the new Adam. As a man, Jesus let go of His divinity and to become like a man, just as weak as a man and fully dependent upon the Father for all things. In this way, He showed us how that all men can walk as He walked by humbling ourselves and finding our dependency on the Holy Spirit for He spoke not of His own accord nor did according to His own accord but what He saw and what He heard from the Father, He did and spoke. In this, yes, we are warriors, fighting against the god of this world and the flesh by walking according to the Holy Spirit of God.

      • I was just writing in today’s post about Him. everything that you have just said. He humbled Himself and took on the form of a servant. just for us. how I love Him today. He did it all for me. Precious Jesus. thank you for your comment, Jerry. blessings. ~Sophereth

      • It is also interesting to note that the sacrifice for a priest is an ox. The sacrifice usually matches the office.
Yes Christ is the Way, a way in which all can walk if they understand the working of His Spirit in them.
