Proclaiming the Holy Convocation. Shelach Lecha.

Light. More Light.

From: Sophereth at Kirjath Sepher

To: the 2 witnesses.

To: the 12,000 out of the 12.

To: those that will give the good report.

To: those that will believe the good report.

To: those that will enter in to His Rest this time.

To: those that will not fail to enter in to His Rest this time, because of unbelief.

. tonight begins the Sabbath of Shelach Lecha. these Hebrew words mean: ‘send for thyself’.

. the Torah reading is: Numbers 13:1 – 15:41.

. the Haftorah reading is: Joshua 2:1 – 2:24.

. the NT reading is: Hebrews 3:7 – 4:1.

. the Sabbath is a holy convocation. the public meeting. when the worshiping congregation gathers.

. the sending of the spies was a turning point for Israel. God was getting ready to bring them out. and then bring them in.

. in that day, 12 men, one man from each tribe, was selected to go in and spy out the land. they were princes. 12 speaks of governmental perfection. Hertz says: “men of importance, capable of grappling with so trying a task.”

. it was the time of ‘firstfruits’. (the end of July or beginning of August)

. the 12 went in first. they spied out the land. they all spied out the same land.

. they came back.

. 10 brought an evil report: “we cannot take the land. there are giants there. we are in our own sight, as grasshoppers.”

. 2 brought a good report: “Caleb stilled the people…and said: we should go up at once, and possess the land; for we are well able to overcome it.”

. Genesis 2. and on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made: and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. and God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it, because that in it He had rested from all His works which God created and made.

. Hebrews 3. wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, Today if ye will hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness: when your fathers tempted me, and saw my works for forty years. wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways. So I swore in my wrath, They shall not enter in to my rest.) Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is still called Today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Messiah, if we hold the beginning of our confidence steadfast unto the end; While it is said Today if ye will hear His voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation…for some, when they had heard, did provoke…but with whom was He grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcasses fell in the wilderness? and to whom sware He that they should not enter into His rest, but to them that believed not?

. so we see that they could not enter because of unbelief.

. Hebrews 4. let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into His rest, any of you should seem to come short of it…word preached did not profit them…not mixed with faith…we…that have believed do enter in to rest…as He said, As I have sworn in My wrath, if they shall enter in to My Rest…for He spoke in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest on the seventh day from all His works…and in this place again, If they shall enter into My rest. seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief: again, He limited a certain day, saying to David, Today, after so long a time; as it is said, Today if ye will hear His Voice, harden not your hearts. for if Jesus (Joshua) had given them rest, then He would not have afterward have spoken of another day. there remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God. for he that is entered into His rest, he also hast ceased from his own works, as God did from His. let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

. Adam and Eve could not enter in to the 7th day rest of God, with God, because of unbelief.

. the children of Israel could not enter in to the 7th day (speaking of spiritual perfection, completeness, satisfied,) rest of God, with God, because of unbelief.

. this is the time of firstfruits. (the end of July or the beginning of August.) the 7th day is dawning. Today is all but over. those that go in first to spy out the land are being selected. sent. ‘send for thyself’. princes. men of importance, capable of grappling with so trying a task.

. it will not be one man from each of the 12 tribes this time. it will be a great multiplication of that. it will be 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes this time. 12 speaking of governmental perfection. a ruling priesthood. ruling, governing priests. the dual (2) office, the dual (2) witness of king/priest.

. these are beginning to see the land! the 7th day! the kingdom! the 1,ooo year Sabbath! the Rest of God! with God! while others will bring back the evil report, while others will have an evil heart of unbelief, these will rise to the top. to the front. before God. they are beginning to bring back the good report! they are birthing with their prophetic intercession, with their words and their pen, the seeing of the land! “we are well able to go up and take the country! by faith! we are well able to possess the land! by faith! we are well able to overcome! yes, there are giants to overcome as the darkness descends, but we are well able! we are more than conquerors! by faith!”

. today, on the Sabbath of Shelach Lecha, ‘send for thyself’, whose report will you believe?

. good Sabbath to you all.

  1. Shabbat has been key in all my intercessions. There has to be a spirit of rest. I’m not doing anything, not even engaging in spiritual warfare anymore. All I do is hear and pronounce what I hear, and it comes to pass. It is a constant resting stance.

I don’t heal. I listen, and then execute. It is a resting stance. I don’t convert. I listen and I execute. It is all a resting stance. Moment by moment goes by and I see Yeshua do the most amazing miracles, but I am simply at peace, resting in His will and seeing Him move mountains of difficulty in my life and in others without lifting a finger.

This is the day, the leaders go forth, but one cannot see the end from the beginning without being shown. It is constant revelation. It is rest. It is a new revelation. It works off the line of revelation already given, but it sees into that which is the future in order to bring it to pass. Christ is working through His Sons and Daughters to reveal the Kingdom for what it will actually be and what is being created through faith. It is all rest.

Wait for the instruction. Rest. Say the word. The giants fall. Move forward. Remain at peace.

  2. “Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh . . . tore their clothes and said to the entire Israelite assembly, ‘The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them’” (Numbers 14:6–9).
