From: Sophereth at Kirjath Sepher
To: those who count the Omer. knowingly or unknowingly.
To: His prophetic ones. that stand before Him night and day.
To: His prophetic intercessors that stand before Him night and day.
To: His prophetic worshipers that stand before Him night and day.
. again, today, I’m at a loss for words.
. I have never known such an omer as this year.
. I know and see what I must write in my spirit, but translating that into human words is difficult.
. I don’t mean to be abstract.
. my intention is to say this as simply as it can be said. with as few words as possible:
. Omer. the days from Passover to Pentecost.
. we are commanded to ‘count’ them.
. when you study the word omer, you will see it involves chastising (as if piling blows).
. there are two olive trees.
. two sons of oil.
. two candlesticks. (candlesticks are ecclesias)
. two witnesses. (my point here is not to identify the olive trees, the candlesticks or the witnesses)
. that stand before the Lord of the whole earth. the amplified says: as His anointed instruments.
. one on the right side. one on the left side.
. pouring out (the amplified says yielding) a ceaseless supply of golden oil.
. these prophesy through the last three and one-half years.
. when the scriptures were written, there were no incandescent light bulbs.
. light came from candlesticks full of oil.
. oil came from olives.
. beaten olives.
. where does the light come from, for these last days?
. where does the prophetic word, the prophecy, the anointing come from for these last days?
. where has the prophetic word, the light, the anointing, ever come from?
. where has this oil ever come from?
. where does the ceaseless supply of oil that is to be poured out in these last days come from?
. from olives.
. beaten olives.
. now you understand the omer.
