From: Sophereth at Kirjath Sepher
To: the house.
. if a truth is ‘spiritual’, does that necessarily mean that it cannot be ‘literal’?
. isn’t the temple, the house, from the day of Pentecost until now very ‘spiritual’?
. but isn’t it very literal?
. isn’t it literally us?
. aren’t we His house.? aren’t we His temple? that He dwells in forever?
. know ye not that your body is the temple….?
. from the day of Pentecost, and even for a long time before, God no longer inhabited that temple, that house made with hands.
. Ezekiel saw Him leave that house made with hands.
. Ezekiel saw Him come back into the temple.
. did Ezekiel see Him come back into a house made with hands?
. can the Jews build another temple made with hands that the Spirit of the Lord will inhabit?
. will the Lord God of heaven and earth go back into another man made house?
. will God, suddenly, in the 7th day Kingdom, go back into a temple made with hands?
. does it not follow then, that the house, the temple of God that Ezekiel and John show us in the books of Ezekiel and Revelation, is not brick and mortar?
. couldn’t this house,
. made with the most intricate measurements and workings and craftings and placements and arrangements,
. be made with a literal nation, a literal city, literal tribes, literal priesthood,
. not made with EARTHLY gold and silver and precious jewels,
. but with us? His people? aren’t WE His jewels,? His precious jewels? His Loved ones? His own? Malachi 3:17,
. living stones? diligently sought for and found by Him? dug from His quarry to exact measurement? tried in the fire, inundated with water and flood? tested? refined by the Great Refiner Himself?
. He, only He, knowing where we fit, where our own, very special place is , where only we fit?
. just asking…
